Deep fried beer no longer science fiction
Mark Zable, inventor of chocolate-covered strawberry waffle balls and jalapeño corndog shrimps will unveil his true masterpiece at this year's upcoming Texas state fair; DEEP FRIED BEER.

Sort of. It's not like you can just drop beer into a deep frier, and pull out delicious deep fried beer. The beer is poured into a pretzelish dough, which is then deep fried for 20 seconds. For three years, Zable has attempted to perfect this creation, but couldn't quite manage to create something which could retain it's integrity and remain alcoholic in the deep frier. Until now. The deep fried beer method has a patent pending.
